Dr. Williams has been serving the Billings community for more than 20 years, helping individuals achieve lasting health and wellness. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College in St. Louis, Missouri.
As the founder of Billings Last Diet, established over 15 years ago, Dr. Williams has guided hundreds of clients through their weight loss and wellness journeys. His focus extends beyond weight loss to building sustainable habits that restore balance, vitality, and long-term well-being. With a strong belief in the power of education, he works alongside each client to provide the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed for lifelong success.

Dr. Jordan Williams grew up in Stillwater County, where his passion for health was shaped by his experiences in sports and his interest in how the body moves and functions. He views his role as a health care provider as an opportunity to serve his community by guiding individuals toward greater wellness and a healthier quality of life. With a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Cleveland College of Health Sciences and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland University–Kansas City, Dr. Jordan brings a strong educational foundation and a commitment to patient-centered care.
At Billings Last Diet, Dr. Jordan applies this same dedication to helping clients achieve lasting health through sustainable lifestyle changes. He believes that true wellness goes beyond short-term results, emphasizing balance, improved function, and long-term vitality. His approach combines education, support, and accountability to empower clients to reach their goals with confidence and maintain their health for years to come.

Jen Spoonemore became a Diet Coach after her own experience with Ideal Protein inspired her to help others find success. With over 15 years of involvement with the program, she brings both expertise and empathy to her role. Jen loves seeing clients surprise themselves with what they can achieve, and she’s known for her straightforward, bubbly attitude. She and her husband have seven children and three grandchildren, who are the light of her life. In her free time, Jen enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family. Guided by honesty, kindness, positivity, and hard work, she hopes to continue inspiring transformation in others.

With a background in Biology and a passion for science, Kim combines knowledge with compassion in her role as Diet Coach and Admin. After completing the program herself, she knew she wanted to be part of helping others find the same success. Kim loves being able to support people through their health journeys, and her straightforward outlook can be summed up simply: she likes helping people. Whether assisting clients or supporting her team, she strives to make every interaction positive and encouraging.

Becky first came to the program as a client, and after her own success she was asked to step into the role of coach. She now helps others achieve their weight loss goals while teaching them how to live a healthy lifestyle. Becky especially enjoys keeping the process fun and approachable, often bringing laughter and encouragement to her clients. Married for 28 years, Becky and her husband have two children, ages 22 and 18. She is also an artist, a baseball fan, and someone who loves spending time with her family. Guided by empathy and positivity, Becky’s long-term goal is to continue making a difference in the lives of others.

Priscilla was inspired to become a Diet Coach after experiencing firsthand how powerful the program could be. She is passionate about guiding others through their own journeys, celebrating every small success along the way. Priscilla especially enjoys speaking with and encouraging clients, helping them see that change is possible. She and her husband are both semi-retired, and together they enjoy time with their three grown children, two grandchildren, and one great-grandson. In her free time, she loves walking with friends, puzzles, and crocheting. Priscilla values reliability, honesty, and conscientiousness, and her goal is to help clients achieve lifelong health.

For Glea, coaching is personal—she once struggled with weight herself and found success through the program. Now, she helps others reach their own health goals and maintain their progress long-term. Glea is known for her ability to connect with people and for making the journey fun. She has been married for 50 years and treasures her large family of five children and sixteen grandchildren. When she’s not coaching, she enjoys reading, crocheting, quilting, sewing, and playing the piano. Glea values honesty, respect, teamwork, and joy—and she sums up her career goals simply: “to work here ‘til I die.”

After losing weight herself, Tammy felt called to help others achieve the same kind of success. Certified through Ideal Protein, she now supports clients with knowledge, compassion, and encouragement. Tammy loves seeing the joy in her clients’ faces when they reach their goals, and she believes respect, teamwork, and compassion are key to success. Married to her husband, Kyle, for 16 years, Tammy is a proud mom of three children, ages 24, 22, and 14. Much of her family life revolves around travel baseball and softball, and she enjoys crocheting in her downtime. Tammy’s long-term goal is to continue helping people change their lives for the better.
