BBQ Friendly Cucumber and Tomato Salad! So simple and so delicious!! You will need: 2 cucumbers-peeled and sliced or quartered 5 Roma tomatoes-quartered 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoons rice vinegar Dill seasoning and salt and pepper to taste Combine all above ingredients and shake well.
