Kayla’s Week 2 & 3 on Billing’s Last Diet

After completing 3 weeks using the Ideal Protein system with Billing’s Last Diet I have officially lost 15 pounds!

Week 3 was a little bit challenging as it was my first experience while on BLD and also dealing with a cycle. I felt very bloated, the cravings were super intense (so thankful for the Dorados and Strawberry Wafers) and my numbers at the weigh-in definitely reflected the fact that I was on my period.

For Phase one you have to have 3 IP Packets a day, 4 cups of the select veggies on the BLD list, 64oz of water, and 8oz of protein, 1tsp Salt, and 2 tsp of oil.
